{TGIF}

All I can say - is TGIF... This has been a long one. I am in need of some baby girl/ mama time. I stole a super cute craft idea from a friend, which I will be posting next week - stay tuned. You are gonna LOVE it. I AM also going to make this dessert - yup.
It looks sooooo yummy! But I do need to mention... DID you see the news last night??? STEVEN POWELL - arrested. You, Mr. Powell are sick as hell, in my lil option. AND in honor of It's FRIDAY - a little booty shake for you to enjoy! I LOVE her crazy arms at the end. I LOVE THIS BABY GIRL =) A fabulous weekend to all!

ciao...

to July. The summer months are flying by at rapid speed. {My goal} is to slow August down. I am going to enjoy every single day, find something "fabulous" about the next 31 days. Each. and. every. one.
As for today - it's raining - which I do LOVE. And Rob and Addison love a rain day {just the two of them}.
However that wasn't the plan this morning... Rob asked me to drop Addison off on my way to work, so he could get an early start. Addie and I did the morning rush to get out the door. My gas light went off. Rob called and asked if I would just like to meet him as the rain had started and he needed his wallet - that he put in my purse yesterday at the pool. I met Rob and threwgave him our bug. His wallet, uhm it was not in my purse, and neither was mine. They were at home on the counter in the bag from the pool. Great, just great. I asked him if he had ANY money - I need gas. He had a five dollar bill. It made for a good laugh this morning. I am going to put 1.5 gallons of gas in my SUV. I don't think I have done that since high school.
*******
Yesterday we took Addison and the cousin's to the pool. My little girl is so independent, and has no fear. Rob and I sat on the stairs as she did her "cannon balls" and came up from the water with a smile, and a "did you see that".
At one point she asked for some "noogles". I guess we are going to have to pick some up. LOVE love love that we are so blessed.

*****
ooooh oooooh - and one more thing to report.
Friday - ADDISON DID NOT SLEEP IN HER BED. DADDY let her sleep with us.
Saturday - she slept in her bed (with her cousin's asleep on the floor next to her bed).
SUNDAY - GIRLFRIEND SLEPT IN HER BED! Mommy let her come in to our bed at 5. Which she is ALWAYS welcome to do.

Happy Monday... (picture overload)

Love spending time with these two...

This weekend was beautiful! We hit the lake early on Saturday. Fun, fun, fun! We seriously went into a cove and stayed there all day, floating, swimming, and relaxing. My girl loves the water!

{passed out}

Little did we know it was fire on the water. We will be making reservations for next year to stay. It was so much fun! A day of boating followed by fireworks. Addison was in heaven. Love summer time!

We came home to a smoke filled garage. LOVE our neighbors, ha ha!

We spent Sunday lounging. Seriously.... a perfect day!
This was the extent of our excitment. I love that giggle.

Oh ya - and Addie is still living large in our bed. Rob is ready to kill me. Ooops ;)

T.G.I.F.

this is what the scene looked like as I left for work this morning:

[crappy cell phone pic - but foot in face is common when Addie "snuggles" us in the morning.]

Rob and Addison get to play today... I am one JEALOUS mama. But I did play hookie with them yesterday. We went to the pool with my sis and her kids.

Have I mentioned that Addison says her name, and it's the cutest thing ever.
enjoy...

{also notice that she is making Daddy dinner, she wrapped up her garlic bread spaghetti (with watermelon added) sandwich in a paper towel for him.}

**July 4th**

At our house we a are PROUD to be an American. The fourth of July is one of my favorite holiday's. A welcome to summer. We spent the long weekend in Ephraim Canyon with family & friends (later post, I promise). We came home and had a neighborhood gathering on the front lawn.

A highlight this weekend was a little prank on my brother, love you Jesse!
